This Subscription Terms page explains the billing and cancellation terms for credit monitoring services promoted on MyITINCredit.com.

MyITINCredit.com is owned and operated by Simply Approved Corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

 


1. Nature of the Service

MyITINCredit.com is a marketing and referral website.

Credit monitoring services are provided by MyFreeScoreNow.com through an affiliate relationship.

Simply Approved Corporation does not:

  • Provide credit monitoring services

  • Process payments for credit monitoring

  • Manage subscriptions

  • Control billing systems

  • Handle cancellations

All enrollment, billing, and subscription management occur directly through MyFreeScoreNow.com.

 


2. Trial & Subscription Pricing

At the time of publication, promotional pricing may include:

  • $1 for a 15-day trial

  • $24.95 per month after the trial period.

  • Day 16 is when the monthly charge of $24.95 is applied.

Pricing, promotional offers, and subscription terms are subject to change by the service provider.

When you enroll, you agree to the provider’s terms and billing policies.

 


3. Automatic Renewal

If you enroll in a subscription:

  • Your membership may automatically renew at the provider’s standard monthly rate after any promotional trial period.

  • The renewal continues until canceled according to the provider’s cancellation policy.

Automatic renewal terms are governed solely by the provider’s agreement at the time of enrollment.

 


4. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your subscription, you must contact MyFreeScoreNow.com directly.

Simply Approved Corporation does not have access to:

  • Customer accounts

  • Billing systems

  • Payment processing

  • Cancellation tools

We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

For cancellation instructions, please refer to the provider’s official website and customer support channels.

Failure to cancel before the renewal date may result in continued billing by the provider.

 


5. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined solely by the service provider.

Simply Approved Corporation does not:

  • Issue refunds

  • Process refunds

  • Control refund decisions

All refund requests must be directed to MyFreeScoreNow.com in accordance with their terms.

 


6. Billing Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern:

You must first contact the service provider directly to resolve the issue.

Because Simply Approved Corporation does not process payments, we cannot:

  • Reverse charges

  • Adjust billing

  • Access transaction details

Initiating a chargeback without contacting the service provider may delay resolution.

If you have questions regarding subscription charges, billing issues, cancellations, or refunds, you must contact the service provider directly.

Simply Approved Corporation and MyITINCredit.com cannot access provider billing systems and cannot issue refunds or cancel subscriptions on behalf of the provider.

 


7. Third-Party Responsibility

By enrolling in credit monitoring services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The service provider is solely responsible for delivering the service.

  • The provider controls subscription management.

  • The provider determines billing policies.

  • The provider manages customer data.

Simply Approved Corporation is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions

  • Billing disputes

  • Credit score changes

  • Data accuracy

  • Account access issues

Simply Approved Corporation and MyITINCredit.com do not operate the credit monitoring platform and do not provide subscription services directly.

We do not:

  • process subscription payments

  • manage billing systems

  • handle subscription cancellations

  • control pricing or service features

All subscription services, billing systems, pricing changes, refunds, cancellations, and account management are handled exclusively by the service provider.

Users must contact the provider directly for any billing or account-related inquiries.

 


8. No Guarantee of Results

Enrollment in a credit monitoring subscription does not guarantee:

  • Credit score improvement

  • Loan approval

  • Fraud prevention

  • Financial outcomes

Credit scores may vary based on reporting activity and scoring models used by lenders.

 


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simply Approved Corporation shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

  • Subscription billing

  • Automatic renewals

  • Service quality

  • Provider policies
