Simply Approved Corporation is committed to making MyITINCredit.com accessible to every visitor, including users with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our baseline standard.
What we do
- Maintain semantic HTML with proper heading order on every route.
- Provide alt text on educational diagrams and partner logos.
- Ensure color contrast meets WCAG AA on body, primary, and CTA surfaces.
- Make every interactive element reachable with keyboard navigation.
- Test the credit score check flow with screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA).
- Publish bilingual (English / Spanish) content so language is never a barrier.
Ongoing improvement
We re-audit the site against WCAG 2.1 AA each quarter and after every major release. If you find a page that is hard to use with assistive technology, please tell us so we can fix it.
