These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Simply Approved Corporation, operator of MyITINCredit.com. By accessing or using the Site, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The service
MyITINCredit.com is an informational and lead-referral website. We do not provide credit reports, scores, monitoring, or identity protection directly. Those services are delivered by MyFreeScoreNow, an independent provider with whom we have an affiliate relationship.
2. Eligibility
You must be (a) a U.S. resident, (b) at least 18 years old, and (c) able to form a binding contract. Enrollment requires a valid ITIN or SSN, name, address, and a U.S. payment method.
3. Account registration
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Pricing and billing
All billing, account servicing, cancellations, plan changes, refunds, disputes, and member support are handled exclusively by MyFreeScoreNow, the independent provider of the monitoring service. Simply Approved Corporation does not process payments, hold member funds, modify accounts, or issue refunds, and has no authority to do so. Pricing shown below reflects MyFreeScoreNow's published rates as of the date above and is subject to change by MyFreeScoreNow without notice; the rates and terms in effect at the time of your enrollment and renewal — as set forth in MyFreeScoreNow's member agreement — control.
- $1 trial: covers your first 15 days of monitoring.
- Auto-renewal: after the trial, your selected plan renews automatically at $24.95/month, $67.36/quarter, or $239.52/year until canceled.
- Cancellation, plan changes & account issues: managed directly through MyFreeScoreNow at app.myfreescorenow.com/login or by calling MyFreeScoreNow member support at 1-888-205-9078. Cancellation stops future charges; billing periods are not pro-rated.
- Refunds & billing disputes: requested from and issued by MyFreeScoreNow under their refund policy. First-time members may request a refund of the most recent monthly charge within 30 days by contacting MyFreeScoreNow support.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to impersonate another person.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to derive source code.
- Use automated systems to access the Site at unreasonable volume.
- Upload viruses or malicious code.
6. Intellectual property
All Site content (text, graphics, logos, software) is owned by Simply Approved Corporation or our licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce or distribute without written permission.
7. Third-party links and offers
The Site links to partner offers and external resources. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. See our Affiliate Disclosures.
8. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Educational content is not financial, legal, or tax advice.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Simply Approved Corporation and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Site. Our aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months, or $100 if you paid nothing.
10. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold harmless Simply Approved Corporation from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Rules. You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing support@myitincredit.com.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and become effective 30 days after posting.
