MyITINCredit.com (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") is operated by Simply Approved Corporation. The Site is an educational and affiliate/referral website; credit monitoring, credit reports, scores, member accounts, and billing are provided directly by MyFreeScoreNow, not by us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the privacy rights that may be available to you depending on where you live and which laws apply to your situation.

1. Who we are

Simply Approved Corporation is a U.S. corporation that operates MyITINCredit.com, a bilingual (English/Spanish) credit-education and lead-referral site for ITIN and SSN holders. We are not a consumer reporting agency. We partner with MyFreeScoreNow to provide 3-bureau credit reports, VantageScore® 4.0 scores, daily monitoring, and identity-theft protection.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect your ITIN, Social Security number, date of birth, or payment details on this site. Enrollment links take you directly to MyFreeScoreNow, where you complete sensitive identity and payment steps on their platform under their privacy policy. We never see, store, or transmit those values.

• Contact data you choose to give us: the email address you submit to our newsletter, and the name, email, and message you send through our contact form.
• Usage data: IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring URL, timestamps, and language preference.
• Referral data: whether a visit reached MyFreeScoreNow through one of our affiliate links, reported back to us in aggregate for commission purposes.

3. How we use your information

We do not create or hold monitoring accounts, so we keep no monitoring account records. You may ask us to delete your contact or newsletter records at any time. Aggregated, de-identified usage data may be retained indefinitely.
